Organic Wines

We are the first organic winery in our region (Oltrepò Pavese), since 1984.

In reality we are now much more than organic: our wines, since 2013, are unfiltered and we use a low content of sulphites compared to the limits of organic production (sometimes none). We grow, harvest and vinify only organic grapes of our own production, we carry out all the production activities of winemaking and we are also one of the few wineries in Oltrepò Pavese to directly carry out all the phases of sparkling wine making.

Our wines are the natural expression of our territory, the fruit of nature, with a little help from us.

Red Wines

Croatina, Barbera and Pinot Nero are the typical vines of Oltrepò Pavese: with these grapes we produce both wines aged in steel and reserves aged 12 months in barriques. All wines are Non Filtered to preserve their richness and authenticity.

White, Rosè, Orange

And here are our whites, the excellent Pinot Noir rosé and the macerated "whites", that is those wines called "Orange" made from white grapes but vinified with fermentation on the skins in order to extract color, body and tannins as in a red wine.

All wines are Non-Filtered to preserve their richness and authenticity.

Classic Method Spumanti (Sparkling wines)

We love bubbles very much: we produce, by choice, only Classic Method Spumanti (Sparkling Wines) and we directly carry out all the phases of sparkling wine making.

Before putting them on sale, we allow all our labels to be refined on yeasts for at least 50 months... we know, it takes a long wait, but we believe that this is the time needed for them to express themselves at their best.

You are luckier... you just have to taste them!
