We love bubbles very much: we produce, by choice, only Classic Method Spumanti (Sparkling Wines) and we directly carry out all the phases of sparkling wine making.
Before putting them on sale, we allow all our labels to be refined on yeasts for at least 50 months... we know, it takes a long wait, but we believe that this is the time needed for them to express themselves at their best.
You are luckier... you just have to taste them!
