Passito 2015
Try it with dark chocolate and chocolate desserts, and it is fantastic with blue cheeses.It is an evolved passito, rich and complex, refined in oak tonneaux for over three years, with a characteristic garnet red colour. It develops a nice oxidative note and hints of jam and cocoa
